The Croatian electricity transmission system operator HOPS has invited electricity market participants to take part in an auction for the procurement of electricity to cover transmission system losses. The procurement is planned to be conducted via the CROPEX trading platform. The auction is structured as a single procurement event.
Delivery profile and volume for 2027
The auction covers electricity for the delivery period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. Delivery is set with a constant profile of 5 MWh/h every day throughout the period. The schedule runs from Monday to Sunday, covering 00:00–24:00 each day. The total volume amounts to 43,800 MWh.
Auction timing
The auction is scheduled for 19 May. It will run between 11:00 and 12:00 CET.
